How the Program Works

  • Step 1: Assessment & Foundation Work

    Participants complete:

    •. Energy Leadership assessment & debrief.

    •. Begin their prework by completing the first four chapters of the ELDS workbook, one section prior to each coaching session.

    Outcome: This work grounds clients in an understanding of energy while clarifying their leadership development goals.

  • Step 2: Core Energy Coaching Sessions (1–4)

    Sessions focus on:

    •. Clarifying leadership priorities

    •. Understanding stress reactions

    •. Identifying patterns that affect decisions and communication

    •. Building awareness of how behavior impacts results

    Outcome: Clear direction and more consistent leadership behavior

  • Step 3: Targeted Leadership Development

    After session 4, participants choose focus areas based on their role and needs.

    •. 6-session package: Select 2 focus areas

    •. 10-session package: Select 6 focus areas

    Outcome: Focused development in the areas that matter most for each leader’s role and performance.
