This half-day workshop will equip your leaders with practical tools that create new levels of emotional and situational awareness to reduce people-friction and improve results. As we explore the 7 Levels of Energy, we will learn to move from holding people accountable to developing accountable people.
Through a series of self-awareness exercises, live coaching demonstrations, and personal-discovery tools like the Energy Leadership Index ™ assessment, participants will identify subconscious patterns that lead to conflict and learn to consciously choose constructive stress responses that deliver them to a higher state.
