Introductory Family Business Coaching Package
The Introductory Family Business Coaching package is suited for sibling or spousal partnerships, for parents who employ their children, or in extended family environments where different branches of the family tree make up the ownership or management structure.

In Family Business Coaching we focus on the below issues. With this introductory package, we will begin to address, but certainly not complete, some or all of the following:
Creating a vision, plan and success measures for what you want to achieve as a family, and a business;
Proactively addressing any or all of the six threats to family business harmony that present in your family business;
Recognizing the relationship between thoughts, feelings and behaviors and how it impacts individuals and the group;
Developing personal clarity for what you want, today and in the future;
Identifying the barriers to progress in your business, and develop plans to overcome them as a family;
Understanding the needs and values of the individuals involved, and become champions for meeting the needs and honoring the values of your family members;
Practicing shifting your energy when a family member pushes your buttons so you can respond vs. react;
Practicing deep listening and communicating with intention to your loved ones;
Openly discussing the judgments you hold about each other to better understand and release them;
Becoming 100% accountable for creating the family business and relationships you want as individuals;
Creating sustainable change that leads to self mastery and builds a family business legacy.
Your package includes:
2, 2-hour group coaching sessions in person at COHatch, 220 Mill Street, Milford, Ohio (4 Group Coaching Hours)
6, 1-hour private coaching sessions in person at COHatch or virtually, whichever your preference (6 Private Coaching Hours).
